How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that, depending on where you are. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
How do I choose the right bed size?
Measure your pet from nose to base of tail while they're curled up asleep, then choose the size that's a little bigger. Each bed's page has a size guide with measurements and weight ranges. If you're stuck between two sizes, go for the bigger one.
Can I wash the beds?
Most of our beds and hideaways have removable, washable covers. Check the product page for details on each item.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Get in touch within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.
Are your toys safe?
Our toys are made for play, but no toy is indestructible. Always supervise play, and replace toys once they show signs of wear.
