Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer. During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, please allow some extra time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
