Overview
This website is operated by Pawmellow. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pawmellow. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and pricing
We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be shown in your local currency. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but a price change won't affect an order you've already placed.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Use of our website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation. All content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Pawmellow or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Always supervise pets with toys and accessories, and stop using any item that becomes damaged.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
