Shipping policy

Where we ship and what it costs
- Australia: FREE tracked shipping, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch
- New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and European Union: flat A$20 tracked shipping, usually 10–20 business days after dispatch

 Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (Australia) or 30 business days (international), email us at pawmellowco@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
